What are you planning on using the car for? If you are going to use it in competition then i'm pretty sure polycarb has to be 4mm minimum, and front screen has to still be glass.

Will be entered into whatever the car can be admitted for tbh, building the car how i want it and will then find something suitable further down the line, if minor changes have to be made thats no problem. I will ask Andy at Plastics 4 Performance of his thoughts on what you say, thanks fror highlighting it

cheers

Bic, are any of your carbon trumpets clamp-on jobs rather than bolt on ones?

Need some longer trumpets for the V10 so we can alter the airbox a little.

dj - I still have the 106 pedal assembly but with Nova master cylinder, no servo

Philip - we can supply in trim level where you could use silicone/samco hose to fix them to intake, would that suffice ?

Might do, want to see if I can come up with something that will clamp up though first, I'll give you a ring if not.

you'd usually just adjust the bar side to side, that gives a different amount of pressure on each M/C, hence the lack of need for a valve.

^^What he said, you adjust the bar to alter the pivot lengths, much more progressive bias than just a valve that way Yes

Fantastic build,if your making seats how do you go about getting them certificated and dated for racing purposes?

They need to be fully tested by the FIA Martin, when we looked into it with ours a good few years back it was about 10k a seat if I remember correctly.
