Both sides of the angled alloy to aid Airflow have been finished ....they float & allow the radiator to move freely ...a couple of dabs of clear silicon will stop vibration ....it fits tight with a 15mm gap all round inside of bumper Bumpers gone on now .....nothing to exciting seeing a picture of a bumper ... On my project page 23-26 you will see my old 205 rad set up with standard inlet /modified by Satchell to 8 injectors |

Well it’s been 4years since (Andy/ Jord294) .....fully refurbished my rear beam ....it’s had some abuse ... 27 hard Trackdays...3 Prescotts hill climbs plus 2 years of everyday road use ...I took my first 306 beam apart yesterday using Mei / Welshpugs FAQ plus speaking to Lee/ Jeffers both on here ....sadly money plus time to get my car driving again is against me ...so I couldn’t make it to Andy / Jord294s place ..the garage we keep our cars in / share is up for sale .... Pictures below are of the Arms before removing plus after taking them out I’ve removed / changed the ARB to a 30mm Torsion Performance one 12months Ago but I’ve got to remove both Arms to fit 25mm torsion Bars I got from Ross/ Supercharger As 25mm won’t slide through the trailing arms like my current 21mm ones . I’ve been told it’s going to be fun fitting 25mm TBs .... PS the dummy shock told me my current 21mm TB setup is set to 313mm give or take a mm each way ....ANY BODY know or GUESS what 25mm TBs would need to be set at to get similar ride height to my 21mmTB setup now ? PS ..anybody know or Guess better than me what 25mmTBs will need my dummy shock set to get similar ride height to my current 21mm TBs which came in at 313mm give or take 1mm per side ?That measurement is centre to centre ..I take it 30mm approx drop from standard ride height ? |

would imagine youll need to go a bit lower given how much stiffer 25mm will be over 23.________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

Brilliant Mei ....What would you say the ride height roughly would be for 30mm drop then Mei ? PS I’ve got 3way Black Art Design rears with 40mm tubes not 38mm as used in Group A Bilstein...he was told what I’m using plus the F2000 spoiler extra downforce / John said these will control 25.4 TBs no problems .... I can’t even push the dam things down like I could with my Group A Bisteins Day666 has attached the following image: |

no idea sorry, never tried anything bigger than 23mm, I can't push in my 306 group A tar dampers, damping rate on those is 600/300 and were made for 23mm bars.________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

Nothing Exciting really ....small update ....Used two new beam seals plus two new arm shaft cups in the picture below ..the others were 100% good but while apart you may as well for the cost Fitted both 25mm torsion Bars using the Dummy damper / god knows how I would of fitted them without it ? Because the TBs won’t push through the Arms like 21s I had to semi pull out the Arms plus turn the 25s time plus time again until both splines line up on both sides of the beam tube ....was Fun NOT !!! I’ve Set both sides to 295mm centre to centre / should be able to finish it off Sat morning as just new SKF hubs / plus discs plus fit rear Disc / Calipers plus loctite wheel studs / fit New 3ways that are 300mm centre to centre fully open / spot on I’ve dummy tried the 3ways today ....they fit nice / snug . Any decent calcium-complex grease will do there, I like K323 for stuff like that where you want long life/low washout, it's only about £8 a cartridge.________________________________________ - Bespoke rollcages/additions/adjustments. CV2 is great....but it where it shines is high temperature abuse, I don't think you'll be running the beam bearings at 150*c ________________________________________ - Bespoke rollcages/additions/adjustments.
