Good to see it coming along Damo.
Interesting that your TRE's go above the upright, rather than below like the 306.
I don't know if it's perspective but you seem to have lots of different angles going on between wishbones and TR arms. Unless you're aiming to go rose jointed in future?
Cheers

Hi Ian .. so am I m8 ..lots of stuff is missing including all the complete rose jointed steering rack components ends plus shafts .....I’ve put red tape to remind me as I won’t be going back for 2-3 days ....which you can probably see lots of Red tape in the picture warning me LOL ...it was all quickly assembled ....to try the Camber only ...see if I’m in the place I should be ?

PS ...All the Rose joints extended in all the pictures are temporary as he’s never made a plus 50mm kit only plus 75mm / standard so I need to fully extend everything plus trial fit it all ...then give Colin the size / length I need on the Arms / steering rack....Hope that makes sense ?

Razz LOL

God knows what bells I’m going to need ?....I’m sure Colin will Know ...my Bells / rotors currently from my old setup 330mm from Ash / hit the bottom bump steer ...I spaced it out washer by washer on all 4 wheel studs ...just to see /10mm thick of washers on each stud to just miss the bottom arm ....
if I space it out ...the Bells look like they may end up being 5mm offset not far off flat Crazy ...they are 20mm off set now

sounds about right yeah, 406 used pretty much zero offset discs on most calipers, 305mm disc was 28mm thick and 28mm tall.

this may introduce radial clearance issues with the wheels if you're running big discs., they'll get pretty close laterally to the spokes too.

you will need a different bracket for the caliper anyway, as the radius of the lugs is different to the 306 by about 8mm or so, looking at it I noticed its a 406 caliper so you wont have room for a bracket!

but you could bolt them straight on with a standard 305mm 406 v6 disc.

Your a dam Star Mei Thumbs up

I really wanted 330mm bells / Rotors .....Ben from Godspeed said Disc size is key ?

If I’ve got to change my calipers then I will / or everything else inc wheels ...mad I know but I’ve gone this far if you know what I mean ...

I’m sure 300mm discs would be more than fine ...but got to go Bells / Rotors Mei ...Crazy

These are my bells Damien; Cossie 4WD ones.
They're pretty flat. Designed to work with AP 330's (28mm)

Pic mocked up on old upright with standard ball joint - they clear the new pin style joint on my tubular wishbones my miles.

I think a lot will depend on your intended calliper and wheel offset, how far you want to pull the disc back for clearance. Because of my set up (ET16 and 20mm spacer) I have the benefit of clearance in all directions - as Mei says clearance to the spokes may be an issue as you push the rotor away from the ball joint - but will depend on your ET.
