At the end of the plastic lines they get a lot more harder where the original clip on connectors are, just cut the line going into the original filter a few inches away and push the new rubber hose all the way upto the connector and use a small worm drive clamp as close as you can to the connector, job done, no need for aftermarket parts

Alright I see what you mate possible way off doing it, Smile , when it leaves the filter your be left with original line going fuel rail?

Yep that's how the supercharged cars have done it, or at least my ones anyway, I'm using the 2 standard fittings on the pump with my braided line pushed over the existing connectors to feed my swirl pot and return from the swirl pot

Right and the original fuel return going to the standard pump gets routed to swirl pot yea? So just need to extend it where it use to join top of pump ?

I did it 'pre bridgecraft'. I designed and made the bits for it but someone welded it up for me. It works brilliantly, never surges and completely empties itself Smile Between me and Martin we can make them thoughWink

Currently making a box for it to sit in so it meets msa regs.

It looks ideal, I've been looking for a decent tank with integrated swirl pot Smile

If I use a filter before the swirl pot , it be OK get rid of the standard filter ?, so after the HP pump it will just go straight to the rail as standard filter be removed, that be OK want it?

Ideally I'd put the filter in between the swirl pot and the hi pressure pump

Can't see any reason why it would do harm, unless there's something missing from what you described

Let the swirl pot fill up first and then connect the uprated pump after that.
Also disconnect the lines at the rail and allow the fuel to become a constant flow before connecting to the rail, this will help bleed the fuel line and give the pump some fluid rather than it pump dry for a bit
