Small update not had much chance to get anything done on this for a while but with a track day booked (1st in this) at the end of the month i thought i'd get going on it Smile

Fitted a new ABS sensor at the rear, rolled both rear arches to take the 205/45 Yoko A048s, refitted the decat and fitted the philipm lower brace, whilst fitting the ABS sensor i noticed the bracket that holds handbrake cable, brake pipe and ABS sensor wire wasnt connected to anything on a closer look i could see the bolt that holds it on and goes through the anti-roll bar teardrop had sheared off Smile so had no option but to drill it out and tap it in m10 whilst in there i regreased both ends of arb

The car was then taken back in to my shed where i stripped the dash out to fix a leaking matrix which (fingers crossed) is only a pinched 'O' ring

I subsequently sold the stuff on because of the same circumstances, bought another set, built my high boost engine, sold it all off to a German guy and did it all again to get my current engine haha

who had that set up in the end ?

I'd bought it from someone who was staying with low boost so you were 3rd owner

Seems a shame to break it. I mean someone just sold a low boost for 5.5K, you've gotta be able to sell that one. I'd be interested in some bits if that was the case.

Yeah I think X69 RGG had near his asking price and to be fair his car was a mint standard example so I can't see why you wouldn't get around the same for yours

Some random guy from Ireland, can't remember who.

But the couriers damage the pistons in transit, cost me about £250 to replace them because they said it was in properly packaged, yea sure, you needed a chainsaw to get into it lol

Reality is that im after more back for it than what someone is willing to pay, i've spent £9-10k on it over the years so im thinking to just finish what i started and go high boost this summer, we have had an offer accepted on a house so there will be more room for me to work on my cars then

Lovely car Simon. Had I not had my Rallye i'd have made you an offer. After buying the TVR, I felt like I had something missing so I bought the Rallye anyway to tinker with. It depends on what you like to do really. You do seem to have a lot of cars though.
