Making good progress on this, think I'll do the same with regards to bonding the spoiler

USE ....Sika EBT+ .in my view is the best money can buy ...which Travis Perkins & Keyline builders merchant stock in White / Blk / grey /brown is the very best semi flexible primerless single pack bond I've ever used ...I've even made glass Hinges between two panes of toughened Tractor glass ...it's a polymer not a Silicon & makes tigerseal look Crap LOL
I've even bonded Glass with a hinge system ...amazing stuff

Got my interest back again Thumbs up

Sanded down the finishing door handle ring & kept the two rear prongs & bonded the front with Black EBT+
Had to do it this way as I've bonded the rear handle for security...so it does not fall off Whistle

Moved the door handle closer to my seat both sides so when I'm harnessed in I can open & close the door now...if I'm waiting in a cue for a track day etc & it's warm ...these plastic windows with McDonald's size openers are NOT going to help things
LOL

I don't think mine is all carbon. It can't be more than 3kg, it's pretty light. It did make a reasonable difference on track, although you'll find it quite draggy. IMO you'll need something at the front to rebalance the aero or you'll feel it understeering at high speed.

Mines defo 100% carbon

I'm hopefully getting a front Splitter off David / General Lee if he still has it ?....only fitting what I've bought & got at mo Dan Thumbs up
Hopefully the Power I'm running will compensate a little with the drag & pay off in the handling that was amazing before LOL
Thank you for the info though Dan Thumbs up

AR scratch resistant Polycarb slider window temp bolted on ...& yes I know the film has to be removed to see out LOL ...
Still have to put black Obs band around the edge of AR Polycarb & once sprayed foam seal between both door & window ..

PS I know I went OTT with the bolts but I have a Window air scoop that's coming for each window that's going to put a lot of pressure at 125-130mph on that polycarb & I don't want leaks either Whistle
