Still not had time to fit the Electric PAS ....I've been asked for some pics of the fitted Fibreglass dash that Ryan / Pug_306 is selling & here's some pics ....I've drilled three holes for only two instruments (X1 Volt meter) ...(X1 Oil pressure gauge) & X1 blank for later on AEM ...maybe Day666 has attached the following image: |

Never wanted or fitted indicator cowling ...Also bottom corner I've grafted the Fuse box into mine ...easy just dremal drilled the mount off standard dash & cut a square into Ryan's & stuck the fuse box holder into Ryan's ...it fits like standard now Day666 has attached the following image: |

Even had room under the Passenger side dash for my Aqua sump More room with Aqua sump even there ....more than standard dash with glove box for anyone's legs even 6"3 people Day666 has attached the following image: |

Not too bad thanks mate. Working away in Stoke at the moment - it's s**t being away from the little one but it's bringing the Benjamin's in!!Had a message of Colin about half hour ago saying he's putting my kit together today/tomorrow. Car is in having the cage done at the minute, I'm hoping to get in out on the road beginning of October before it goes for painting. ________________________________________ 99/S Carbon Gti-5 |

It's all go mate yes. I drive back one night through the week so she's ok about it - I've got the family holiday to pay for that's why she's ok with it!! Had a small but annoying issue with my twin skin fibreglass bonnet ...got Black flagged at Combe because my Bonnet came apart all along the very front & was bulging at high speed ...Spoke to a fellow Combe local who said I need to foam fill all the hollow front sections ...this will stop all the air pressure building up I between .. I'm also going to bond all the front edges with Windscreen bond adhesive...I did the sides before spraying but thought the front looked bonded enough .... Day666 has attached the following image: |

Yours is looking great also Wayne ... I'm going to need a F2000 type Spoiler now as I can feel the ass ends a little light at high speed & Cornering at high speed ....I'm not even running a standard boot spoiler which you can feel the difference missing at high speed 90+ Anybody got a F2000 spoiler for sell ? |
