Well, you can make trumpet shape out of the rear wall, but then you would loose around 5cm of the inlet tract length which is not good on a near standard car!

I would not do it anyway Smile I'll leave it as it! For the future I have plans (dreams) in form of Satchell TBs, but for now I have to settle with the original item!

Suspension modifications are the main priority at this point.

Not good for airflow either.

IT LIVES! No pictures yet, but the engine bay is now back to it's former glory.

It may not seem like a huge milestone, but after all the wire chopping it was nice to see that I did everything correctly!

This means I can now test c_j_m's ECU to see if the unlocking was really successfull, which I'm blatantly late with!

Will post a few pictures soon!

Smallish update. Now I have all the gear necessary for club races around here. Boots and gloves came from Oreca, as they offered the best value, which is quite funny, as these items are better than what I could buy here, yet they were cheaper even with the additional postage.

The suit is a Sparco item, real racing suit, not a karting item. The harness is a Rico 6 point job - both the harness and the suit came from Ebay, and both of them ran out of date - not a big deal for me.

Harness is clean now, I just wanted to show how grubby it was, pic. of the clean item to follow!

Over the weekedn I installed the non AC VTS / Rallye aux belt setup:

Cleaned the area under the wiper mech.:

And rebuilt that area:

Will post pictures of it looks like at the moment, and also from the bucket seat which is now in the car!
