To be honest if a business treated me like that they might find one day that their business is not there one day, all it takes is a phone call. Awful shame if he didn't have insurance and say the place caught fire or something.

I'm really sorry that everyone is having issues with Nur at the mo. I feel really bad because I myself have posted here showing his products to help him make sales and it all gone tits up. What makes it worse is I even got the prices from him personally to stick on here to then be told by someone else that he said I had no right to do so. For this reason I had had the sale thread removed because I no longer wish to help someone who chooses not to accept it, either because of personal or not personal issues.
I'm just disappointed that it had to come to this.

Not your fault Hovis, how were you meant to know that it would end up like this, you can only do so much to help someone out.

Good on you mate. I believed in Noel too and tried so hard to help him out. That's the thanks you get sometimes.

I doubt it Graeme! He gave me a big discount in exchange for me advertising NUR on the car and I also got NUR Motorsport in the racing program's and generated interest for him by posting photos and information on here. I've passed his details to countless racing drivers and friends but he never came up with prices and the only thing that isnt saleable is something that doesn't have a price!

Sounds like he has some major issues, financial and personal. Walk away (if you can) and let him implode.
After talking to people last year I'm surprised anyone was still dealing with them.

Will make sure a few people know about him. Still have a few decent motorsport industry contacts.

Nice mates you have there,.. Erm?
the problem with that if they do something for you you're then in their pocket and when you're in their pocket and don't do what they may need you to do ie lie to the police etc then they'll turn on you! are those the kind of people you were glad you knew then?
think very carefully about how you are around people like that! No No

Shame really I recon he'd have got a lot of custom from people off here once he'd gained himself a good repertoire,..
I myself am still looking for a Ph3 De-badged Carbon bonnet,.. Smug
never mind!

Are NUR's parts vacuum bagged and resin infusion parts, or is it hand lay and vacuum only?

So he's robbing you of £200? It wouldn't matter if you went in there and called him every name under the sun, that's still not right.

You went in there (presumably) rather politely and he got in your face, and refused to give you your money. This only strengthens your case.

I would report this to the police. No question.
