Ok, just to let you know that telling a Police officer to "f**k off" is an offence under section 5 of the Public order act (1986). As you had committed an offence, he had the right of entry under section 24 of PACE (1984). These laws were there before your incident happened and is related to what you said to him and not why he was driving behind you. He could have done something if he really wanted to regardless of how many of you there was but he decided not to which was lucky for you. Ask your cousin as he should be able to clarify what I have just said as I don't just make this stuff up.

The Police are 99% professional and brilliant at what they do and what you might see as being out of order is in fact a proven way of gathering good intel about peoples movements in certain areas at certain times. Good local knowledge for them helps massively when something might happen in your area one night. Imagine if they randomly stopped a car one night for no reason and let him go about his business as there was nothing wrong....1 hour later a woman is found raped and a witness saw a car and person that fits the description of the "innocent" person that was stopped earlier. This is why the Police do the things that they do and people should be grateful for it because it might be your family next.

Ian, you are 100% right, and sadly the same percentage of your breath is wasted on this immature imbecile. Christ, you're the gobby epitome of what's wrong with society.

Bet you're the first on the phone to the cops when someone nicks your s**t though Thumbs up

honest to god what a bunch of keyboard warriors and no i don't phone the police when someone kicks the s**t out of me as that's never happened

so its ok for a copper to talk to me like a c**t and get away with it is it ? i dont think so you are all jumping on your moral high horse about something that transpired over 10 years ago. LOL

i got pulled a few weeks ago for engaging loos on a roundabout and straightening up by giving full throttle in second which resulted in massive wheel spin and a car sounding like its running on grenades as it hit the rev limiter, she was nearly a mile away but heard me so then radio`d through to camera operators who found me and directed her to me.

f**k MAINSTREAM

numerous things in life have been ruined by business interests with the sole purpose of making money. like prohibition actually being about getting cars off of alchahol and onto petrol. with the end result being brewing your own petrol is now illegal.

cigarettes, alcohol and petrol are the three biggest killers in this country and the three biggest earners for the government. and thier the 3 things society is allowed to be addicted to

f**k coincidences

also if he had arrested you for the public order offence of swearing, this automatically gives them the right to enter and search your property without a warrant, just the desk seargents signature, sometimes they dont even need that. anyone in custody is susceptable to having there property searched without a court warrant just a signiture.

Actually it's far from that. Hope you were just joking LOL

Yeah I know, all I meant is I'm not surprised to be pulled over, when I have been out at that time. Probably to them as a general rule is most drink drivers would be out at this time.

LOL LOL

The thing is there are zillions of immature little scrotes competing for the attention of coppers all the time. If you stop being one of them they will move onto someone else. It is as simple as that.

People get stopped by coppers for all sorts of reasons. Be polite and they will move on. Yes some of them may be knobs (pick any group of people and there will be 25% knobs in it) and start off with the intention of aggravating you, but the majority are simply doing a job the best way they can.

The human brain is hard-wired to make bad decisions - and that means everyone at all ages, but especially up to the age of 25 when the cause and effect part of the brain is not fully developed. Recognising that tendency in yourself means you can compensate for it, and bite your tongue occasionally to avoid needless hassle, as life is too short for avoidable bulls**t. This is not anything personal against you, it is simply fact.

I once got a bollocking from a fit WPC in Huddersfield town centre. Massive copper stood behind her.

We were walking back to the house (students) and she said 'hello, had a good night guys'?

I said;
"I've had nothing to c*nt drinkstable"

Didn't go down well.
