Hi, due to a change of plans, i will have some parts to sell from my project.

- Racing clutch with extremely good pedal feeling...not hard as a truck. - 170pounds
It has a nem thicker plate too.

- Custom close ratio 5speed gearbox with plated LSD (one trackday of use) - 700pounds.
I can show the specs of it to anyone who's interested. Wink

- 4 wossner forged hi compression pistons with rings (3 like new and 1 new) - 350pounds

- 16 oem valves (8 inlet/8 exhaust) - 80pounds

- Refurbed Rear Lightweight Calipers (handbrake parts eliminated, only works with hydraulic handbrake) - 70pounds

A combined sale is prefered, but can do separate one's.
Bigger/important parts need to be sold , so i can sell the rest after.

If you buy several items, price will be adjusted.

Postage will not exceed 50pounds for the bigger/heavier parts.

Smaller parts will get around 15 to 25 pounds to send.

Paypal payment only.

Can check my feedback on ebay (306_rxs)

Complete engine swap is in study...Thumbs up

Photos from most of the parts are on my project...

The LSD installed, was a clutch plate type...done by a portuguese company specalized in these kind of components.

http://www.rmc.com.pt/

I´ve decided to use the the s16 housing and final drive, wich is the shortest from psa range for BE gearboxes.
All the gears, from 1st to 5th are from a gti6 box...and this is the best setup for getting a close gear ratio, using original parts. The assembly was not a direct fit, because it needs some machining on the primary shaft.

The chosen gear ratios for 7500rpm / 4,43 FD / 205-50-15 are:

1st - 2.92 - 68kmh
2nd - 1.85 - 107kmh - 5009rpm
3rd - 1.41 - 141kmh - 6008rpm
4th - 1.15 - 173kmh - 6457rpm
5th - 0.95 - 209kmh - 6544rpm

Do the maths and let me know if any of that FD's that you've mentioned can be usefull on a real circuit.
Kart tracks not included of course.

If you didn´t understand it with a short number of words, i can help you to get the point with some numbers or track use experience.

If you care to search a little bit more, you'll also see that the car for wich this box was made, should have over 200hp with less than 900kgs...

and how does that make 4.43 shorter than 4.7, 4.9 or 5.1?

4.43 shorter than 4.7...??

For trackday use, a 4,7 or higher is rubish because you reach the rev limiterin 5th gear way too often.
Don't forget the case i was talking about, because this wasn't used on a stock gti engine.

Pretty sure its fair to point out if something is'nt accrately described, but no more spamming from me though. The box is'nt what I'm after but good luck with the sale.
