Got this done and he reckons it is fine, i wasn;t there when rtested but he said maybe it's something to do with the de-cat pipe with excess fuel being burned... because the cat doesn't return it maybe?

Well, I've had my decat on since 2005 and only became supercharged in 2008 so for the 3 years I was running it at standard power with the decat I had no smoke issues. No

Have you carried out the rad cap pressure test after the car has been sat for a while yet? Dunno

My mechanic said that if there is only a pin hole in the hg then it won't show up as obviously on a sniff test and the test should be done over a longer period. Do you have any surface aggitation in the expansion bottle when the rad caps off? Bubbles or swirling?

Points at head gasket im afraid. Run the car with the rad cap off, mess about with the engine speed and look for any surface movement, id be suprised if there's none. I'd maybe look at getting it sniffed again but extend the test length as if it is hg failure its very early knockings.

I just tried that aaron and there is no movement at all only little vibrations as normal.

I rang miles up earlier and the water problem may well be from the matrix or a rad pipe as the other day my passenger side footwell was wet and he said could be down to water pipe somewhere along the line, fingers crossed it will be i gotta have a look tomorrow and shall see what the outcome is. Yes

A knackered matrix can also cause a pressure build up. Yes

If you had a wet footwell, then almost certainly you've got a leaking matrix. And the fact that you are always topping the coolant up is also a sign.

Looks like a new matrix time for you. Sad
