Just discovered after admiring my 6 that the wheel arch gap on the drivers side of the car (ONLY AT THE REAR,) is smaller than the passengers, so much so that it is quite noticeable when each side is compared.

what could be wrong??

Level ground? e.g flat and not a slight road camber.

Yep, actually parked it up on two different spots to make sure i wasn't going crazy, but both were flat surfaces and the gap stayed the same Sad

Mine is similar, pretty sure one side has more camber than the other too. Paranoid that its a wonky rear beam (bearing in mind I have no idea what the symptoms of that may be)

I came on here to ask the exact same question.

Drivers side rear lower than passenger side rear.

Hope it is just the shocks. The rear is very soft and bouncy (have adjustable konis, however there isn't much different between settings).

its got torsion bars but still has dampers like any other car, otherwise you would be bouncing all over the place!

Sweet, so is there anything else that might be at fault apart from worn dampers? (kinda abit relieved now though as other people seem to have experienced/or are experiencing the same problem) How could i go about resolving the issue or is it nothing to worry about Dunno

a torsion bar is a spring, just not a "coil" spring.

most likely to be worn trailing arm bearings, a damper would not cause it unless one was seized.
