Got A Gti6 a couple of weeks back to replace my old an worn corsa, was going to get another 200sx as running a petrol station has its perks but there is a point where it gets silly lol

Bought it with 12 months MOT and 5 tax
98k on the clock
pretty much standard except the back box which I'm not a massive fan of.
Plans are unknown at the moment it's either have a play with this or keep it as a daily and get a 205 as a hill climb/sprint car with my mate but will have too see.

Quick update, ordered crank pulley and got a set of rear pads to fit along with powerflex engine mounts also smoked front lights

Not a brill pic but you get the idea, gonna keep it off the road for a bit longer as got the corsa and doing fine with just one car and rather spend money on bits and not fuel

Update time, havent had much spare cash over past couple of months but now im back home i can finally get bits sorted

New speedlines on.

needed 3 new tyres and these came up for sale, just been refurbed and had new tyres put on for £300 so thought why not, just needs lowering now as the arch gap is tragic lol

Yer havent even bothered with that powerflex mount, the top one i got was sh*t so gonna get a full group N kit.

Got it on the rolling road today, 160 at fly and 139 at wheels at 6022rpm. Not bad for standard and 14years and 101k i think

Well now the tax has ran out its off the road getting some tinkering done, the aim is to make it a fast road/occasional track car. got some corbeau seats going in next week, sparco harnesses and deep dish steering wheel and also ditch the back seats and put a carpet down to tidy it all up

before

and after

Time for a bit of an update as not been on here in a while. Was going to keep the interior in but after working on a mates '6 (jaybo) that was fully stripped knew it wouldnt be long until mine ended up the same so just admitted defeat and did it lol. had a fair bit done over the past few months

most of the interior gone
Dash out and flocked
Corbeua forza buckets
TRS 4 point harnesses bolted to a bar i had welded in
Brembo brakes - Still needing few bits to finish
BBM mounts

Engine cleaned up and sprayed

Calipers sprayed

Flocked dash

Can you show me some pics of how you fitted the harnesses and bar and the seats and subframes please? I'm literally about to do the same to mine and have a pair of corbeau forza sport 2K seats ready to go in Wink.

Didnt do the rear beam myself but was lowered 60mm on front and about 80mm on back. harness bar was welded in by a mate, ill get a pic up at some point. the seat subframes are just OMP ones that i drilled to fit the corbeua seats. only cost about 50 quid each which was cheaper that 120 for a proper corbeua one lol. only needed 2 holes drilling in each one
