Would like your guys input on this please, One wheel looks like its in more then the other, will check the offset of the wheels but they are ET15.
Is it my eyes or does it look different?

Hard to tell and might be the camera angle, but looks like the second one might have a bit more camber, which would be due to a collapsed bearing. I'd double-check the offset (what they're stamped with and measure them yourself) then check the camber. ________________________________________ Membership expiring soon, get in contact on our new little forum project. |

if it has negative camber on one wheel at the back it will be a trailing arm shaft bearing collapses asowain said, but they look pretty good to me, hard to tell from pics ________________________________________ white rallyecherry dead rallye s16 |

depends how far you go, could be as little as £40 or so if you use your torsion bars and brakes and you just chuck it on and hope, or £150-£200 if you rebuild it whilst its off.*if you do the work yourself, its not hard but you will often need access to a press and often proper heat (oxy-prop/acetylene) ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

2nd hand unit with a bit of life left it in, £100-£120 with calipers.Chances are it could go the same way in time. Refurbed beams are a few hundred, but will have nwe bearings etc so will last ________________________________________  |

U got a pic of the back of the car with both wheels in it? they look the same to me but the gap in the arch is making it look out. beams are anything from £100-£500. ________________________________________ My GTi6 track projectWhite Rallye project |

Looked exactly like mine did which got progressively worse over time and one side started to 'collapse' after the beam had been 'rebuilt' 10k miles earlier by CG cars. My trailing arm was bent slightly and the beam was fuc*ked! Take the wheels off, check the offset on each and check for movement in each trailing arm!  ________________________________________ Ex Astor 6 owner Also an Ex owner of a Bianca 6 Now an ex owner of a 2005 9-3 2.0T 210bhp Aero Swedish Saloon thing!! Soon to be 250bhp....  Now driving Mk5 Golf GTTdi, mile muncher But still live for the 306  |

Yet another been rebuilt by carl but this is the first I hear of it! When the car was here Wayne it never looked like it had a beam issue. I would say it's best to rebuild now as finding a known good unit will be slim, if you do then you will also have to have the ride height adjusted again. Get it checked first, it may be nothing.
