More pictures now that everything running good

Car seems to be running perfect
Gear changes and clutch feel great
Engine doesnt seem to be using any fluids its not meant to.
accelerates great, hardly stalls at all

But.... i am getting a high pitched squeal, only happens when revs are dropping back down and around 2/3k revs Dunno
doesn't seem to be effecting the running of the car.
Does not sound like a bearing sort of squeal

I had it before i changed the engine (iirc!!)
but now its happening a lot more and ever so slightly louder
it comes from the gearbox area, possibly clutch/flywheel area Thumbs down
does it both when in gear and not in gear

quiet hard to pin point, will get a second opinion

Video of the noise LOL

was nothing major

just seemed like the silicon hose was vibrating onto the aluminium pipework when the right amount of pressure/boost was on the hose, i think due to me having the clamps on the edge of the tubing.

if needed i will replace the silicone pipe, seems to have shut up for now.

Brakes are pretty decent now, hearing a slight squeal when very very light braking.
Brake pedal is almost as high and firm as my Brembos when they were bled good

£117 Shock thank god I've just changed mine not looking forward to paying out for hat in a couple of years... So does this use exactly the same setup as low boost but obv bigger pipe work injectors and no boost restrictor? Otherwise the same?

ohh and thats plus a filter LOL i already had a spare

yes you need 2.5" pipework
i already had larger 2.5" pipework and intercooler back from when Lynx done the original low boost install

fuel swirl pots moderately hard work, i read up on it and had few tips from others got it done reasonably quick.

pretty much everything i posted anyway Smile

i do have more pictures of swirl pot, fuel line routing, wires and relay wiring.

Insurance renewed and retaxed last month...
Failed its Mot last week, tiny bit of the Eibach spring has snapped off at top on passenger side

couldnt hear anything was up or see any height difference, springs are 4/5 years old Sad
£120 for new set Yes

Planning getting Speedlines powdercoated (and my missing bracket replaced and powder coated too)
Supercharger fluid needs replaced this Spring i guess
Maybe even an oil change

Silly Supercharger pulley bearings are squeaking already, goes away when warm
do not fancy one of them failing again!!

Well its that time of year again, made a start to car for Mot, required spring changed and the Charger oil while car was in the air

Everything comes apart soo much easier when things have not been over tightened

Salt still everywhere from the one run up North i done in February Sad

Drained as much charger oil out as i could, more went on the floor than the old container i put down to catch it

Everything nipped back up, oil and filter changed

Back in April i fitted B4s they were too standard, so suspension had to come apart again now i am running B6's and loving them, i took a few pictures they arent very good though

Bonnet is now looking really scabby, pretty annoyed just looking at it LOL

Really tempted to take old bonnet off and grind the worst of the rust off the underside of bonnet
remove as much rust as i can and make it last a few more months.

Still attempting to get though Building Warrant for house so Rallyes been tucked up in Container and out for blasts at the weekend.

new bits

B6 vs B4

rears done

next day :-

pretty much done

Small lip on the brake pads, there is a thread somewhere about it

Arches are full of dirt Thumbs down

think of all that added weight Yes

soo happy with new setup, car is mainly weekend car so dont mind it being the little bit harsher feels soo much more planted when boosting

Also bleed the brakes again for good measure!
