would running dummy shocks on the back help with the launch? i was thinking about it for when the car rocks back and loses traction up front. would it reduce this?

well yeah that is stating the obvious LOL ive been told by a mate that her redtop corsa is faster then a 6 down the strip so im trying to figure out each and every way possible to beat him by a bigger margain as possible

Depends how much you strip out of your 6 but with a decent induction kit, decat & tyres you should be able to hit around the 15 second mark with a fair bit of practiceNinja

should be able to crack that easy, Look at Waynes times in his sig, Exhaust & Decat, K&N and lighter wheels were his mods at the time IIRC, Low 15s should easily be managable with a decent launch

I sat at the start for 1.2 secons before i went and got 15.7 Laugh

A red one i do believe, i also remember it, was getting some w*nk times, where as midlife my self and jib all got 15sec or under.

It'd work, somewhat, braking at the end would be hairy without any damping on the rear though.
