Heres the advert:

I think i still have his address.
I've been in contact with admin but he hasnt been on the forum since may.

DESTRUCTION!

Sacko-gti, you mentioned that in the past but funnily enough his name is Dan Crooksy. Lives in Ipswich drives a black/blue 6 if any body sees him please knock him in the head.

I'm coming up with a plan at the moment.

What was wrong with the head fella? I take it the engine was a tapper but why did you end up beating the head with a hammer?

If you need any bits and pieces let me know, will help where i can.

Oh mate, I feel for you. I was in a similar situation last year with my engine. Never a good thing and tons of money wasted due.

Why can't people be honest? I recently sold an aircon pump on another forum, but I wasn't sure of its status so I gave it to the person to fit and check out before they gave me any money. All went well and both parties were happy. Smile

Bit of an update, haven't been on here in a while.

The engines back together and running well, got a feeling I need to reset the ecu at some point.

Got bored....

Other things needed are:
Rear beam bushes
Brake line
Exhaust
and
Gearbox (is about to blow up!)

Also getting some bearings off Si and bigger torsion bars for my 309 beam Big grin

Paul thats crap, he wont do it again if he has a full set of slashed tyres every week for the next month. Why can't people just be honest. Don't know how he doesn't feel guilty taking money off you. Glad to hear the engine running again though.

Right been a while since i've been on here.

Been through 2 engines, (1st one being off Crooksygti on here *) the second engine met an untimely death a week after I put it in.
1 TVR and silly speed later this happened:
(spot the bearing)

There it is!

And this happened to the exhaust on the 1st engine LOL:

Bought anothe engine of Lotek, just need to weld up a new exhaust and insurance!

This a Xsara beam that Hovis and I were battering for hours, out came the grinder mwahahaha

Nice and clean Smile

* this bloke is a c*nt, he has fobbed me off with excuses and now he is ignoring me totally. He probably knew the engine had rounded off/loose headbolts but still sold it.
