Ok so does anyone know if fitting a T4 master cylinder would work with running a set of HiSpec 4pots on the front and standard rear brakes? Reason for this is my master cylinder is dead and I can’t seem to locate a replacement |

I've had hispecs run on standard MC with no issues. I used a 25mm VW on 330mm brembos. I have a good standard master I can supply. Regards ________________________________________ 1998 Supercharged White Rallye1992 205 GTi6 205 Turbo 340bhp |

Fittings needed for a t4 are m12 Btw, when I ordered mine the website said m10.________________________________________ 208 GTI OwnerTurbo'd '6 project - work in progress |

the t4 m/c abs version has 2 ports which are M12 fittings as craig has said above. there is a 4 port non-abs version which has M10 fittings and it can be used without messing around with the shape of the fluid reservoir, just plug the holes of the other side.7D0611019A 7D0611019B ________________________________________ 306 2.1 S16 Tarmac Rally CarProject thread: http://www.306gti6.com/forum/showthread.php?id=143956 |

Yeah I’m not all the worried about the way a T4 master cylinder fits what I’m more interested in is if it would work with the 4 pot calipers and what the peddle would be like |

the m/c should work fine with the calipers. the pedal should be firmer with less travel i believe.________________________________________ 306 2.1 S16 Tarmac Rally CarProject thread: http://www.306gti6.com/forum/showthread.php?id=143956 |

Perfect thank you ðŸ‘🻠I’ve managed to get hold of a standard second hand item but if that doesn’t work I’ll go with the T4 one. Thanks for your help |

Bit late to the party but I run the VW one on mine and the pedal is pretty solid, that's with the 310mm kit. I used the 2 port version which required a bit of flexing the reservoir but nothing drastic________________________________________ Rallye Race Car |
