Did you use on of the generic maps Garry or a custom remap after fitting the charger? Its one of the generic maps, the cam is very mild. It Made very little difference when it was N/A. I plan to get an Emerald later, the generic map made sense as I wanted plug and play in order to get the thing running. ________________________________________ 205 GTI6 S |

Yeah, looking pretty rapido mate! Awesome vid that... When you run a standalone ecu, you'll be able to run a bit more power and will be a lot easier to drive.. Following the loose head bolts and perishing head gasket I got Miles of Pug racing to recondition the head and reassemble it. The engine now has: Valves were blasted and cleaned 3 Angle Valve seats A cleaning skim New OE head bolts and gasket Standard inlet cam re fitted (it did have a piper fast road one)  The original clutch, which was a 405 Diesel one I think, was showing signs of excessive heat (blue tinges) and some of the springs were getting loose. This was backed up by a mega clutch slip as I exited the ________________________________________ 205 GTI6 S |
