I've got wildwood calipers. I ordered an adapter which was the correct NPT thread which wound into the caliper inlet and the other end is M10 male (pictured).

I then ordered brake lines and specified female M10 swivel fittings for both ends (also pictured).

I'm not sure they will fit the adapter on the caliper (shown), or the standard male fitting on the car. Anyone able to give any guidance on this?

I'm about to do the exact same thing
Just been too busy to look at the finer details
I too ordered the m10 adapters
I can't remember if swivel lines need a swivel fitting with a ridge and hole in the side of nut to allow brake fluid to flow through the lines,..

But that is all based from memory on my standard calipers running swivel fittings,..

The fluid clearly goes through the middle of the swivel fitting.
What I'm concerned about is the swivel fitting has a tapered ridge in the middle. I thought std. M10 bottomed out and that's why copper washers were used. It will physically wind on- just not sure it will seal.

You have the incorrect fittings, you need tapered fittings in the calipers too or it will just p**s fluid everywhere.

Yeah I was beginning to think so.

The other end of the line is the same tapered type. I'm guessing this also won't fit the fitting on the vehicle?

What are the tapered M10 fittings called as I'm struggling to find them on ebay under any sensible name I can think of! I didn't realise tapered M10 fittings existed when I ordered.

That's what I've got. The tapered end is NPT and winds into the caliper. The M10 is the other end and isn't tapered.

Ah, ok.....I did wonder.

Hmmmm, not sure then. Who did you order the brake lines from? Can they not supply a caliper adaptor compatible with the fixings on the end of the brake pipes you have?

I've realised what I've done. These are the kind that take a male fitting with a flared copper pipe.

Don't order fittings late at night after long days at work basically!
