- Hasten to add - my brother machined the bells to Pug spec from Cossie hub diameter. I think he retained the programme in case it was needed again, but I don't think there's enough call for a minimum order for this sort of thing. |

shouldnt be hard to retain your 330mm rotors Damien, but will need a new bell and possibly calipers and bracket.may be best getting the renault calipers and getting a hub and wheel to Ben (ben has stock of the renault brembos) ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

Ive just spoke to Colin Satchel ...he’s also said not a problem as they use a different Bell plus put the Rotor on the other side to give Wheel spoke clearance ? One way or another it doesn’t sound like a big issue NOW Thank you Mei Really Enjoying the car again ..which is good ... PS ...Ben did mean mention that radial v lug mount is no better ? What would be any other advantages of going Radial Mount ???? |

radial vs lug mount just means you can actually fit them, lug mount with a large radius and the same offset leaves not a lot of space for an adapter.________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

Well a really good day ...tried a used 406 standard disc on my 406 hubs which of course fitted / could of fitted my 406 Brembo calipers straight on but I want my 330s back on ...Anyway I’m giving my Bells / Rotors to Satchell to make me some new Bells so the overall offset is 100% same as my used 406 disc ... I’ve got a design in mind for my adapters also ...so I can use my Lug mounted 406 Calipers also ...hopefully it will work ?...saving me loads of money |

I dropped the car 35mm at the front on the coilovers ....the front is now 20mm lower than the back .....Because the coil-overs have a 75mm bump stop that I was now touching after lowering ...I had to strip the springs / coil-overs apart to take the bump stop off / cut it down 35mm ...giving me a full 40mm of travel before it hits a 35mm progressive soft ...bump stop ...really meaning I have 65mm of Full Damper travel until the bumpstops is compressed to 10mm ...which unless I start jumping or rallying ...it will never happen...hopefully Day666 has attached the following image: |

So in a nut shell ...all the suspension front / back is sorted ...no more expence ...thank god ...the width of the Wing in conjunction with the one off Satchel front suspension is nearly spot on ...need to set it up / get correct length for Satchel drive shafts to be made ....bells made ...adaptors made ....I’m more than happy so far ....THAT COULD ALL CHANGE MIND |

I had a problem were my Russian Guy Top mounts wouldn’t go out far enough on the 8mm alloy top plate also my 6mm welded on top plate with the cross brace would need moving ...NOT GOOD ...then I had a brain wave moment !....I swapped the Blue in picture.....Front shock / damper Russian guy top mounts from left to right hand side -all I had to do then was grind a 15mm oval out each side ...plus in the centre with Hex bolts missing... for extra saftey I drilled / tapped two extra 8mm threads into the Blue alloy mounts Just need x4 total ....x2 extra each side 8mm 10.9 Hex bolts .... It took a total of 3hrs work.....All Free ....thank goodness need to save Monies now ....To get 2.5 front Camber thanks secure Day666 has attached the following image: |
