Hi everybody

I can propose you to make carbon/kevlar bonnet or fiberglass/kevlar bonnet for 306 ph2/3, we will make ph1 bonnet later because we must do the mold before Smile .

It is made with my friend who have his company: CDT (Composite Design Toulousain)

This version it's for standard hinges and aero catches (you need install it). But I think to make optional part for standard slam panel catch. I will study it
it is a smooth bonnet, if you want you could cut it for put again the peugeot badge

We can propose:

For a single request, Carbon/kevlar: 550£, fiberglass: 150£, shipping with insurance £60

For more requests:
We will make pallet with 5pcs. It cost £150/pallet.
It will save £30/bonnet on the shipping.

Sample:

For 5 requests for FG we have 10% off on bonnet price (final price: 5x £135) with £150 for shipping (one pallet), total £825.

For 10 requests for FG we have 20% off on bonnet price (final price:10x £120) with £300 for shipping (two pallets), total £1500.

I'll have a Carbon/kevlar Smile
Would maybe like to have the option of using the standard slam panel catch.
Do you have any weight numbers of the bonnet?

Just want to check if there is any more interest here in Noway.

I'll let you know.

I have been in contact with this chap, as I want a ph2/3 bonnet in FG, I am happy to have the pallet(s) sent to me and I can distribute from here, I am quite central in England, not too far from M5 etc.

It is worth considering selling you drawings to take to a local machine shop to have the strut brace made. That'd save on postage costs etc.

Obviously he'd have to trust that someone wouldn't then just share the drawings around which is a concern.

I resume that the rebate is based on the used component, it can not accumulate quantities between fiberglass/kevlar and carbon/kevlar

10% off for 5 requests by type
20% off for 10 requests by type

We will do a list and we can do group's buy.
For group's buy i will ship it to Piggy and he will distribute

Lead time:
For 5 requests it is around 4-6 weeks
For 10 requests it is around 6-8 weeks

Sample:

Nickname - country - type - catch - gelcoat color (only for fiberglass)

RaceR - France - smooth or original - for aero or original (need optional parts) - Black or White or yellow or red or green or orange or dark blue

Fiberglass :

-
-

Carbone/kevlar :

-
-

For single order please send me a PM

4) Kent Clifford
5) Liam Bailey
6) Scott Thompson
