That's a pity Wayne. What size are the cylinders on your block? First overbore or still on 86mm?

Bugger, I'd like a spare block on standard cylinders. Shame you never got yours finished as it would've been a quality build.
Did you ever get your Fox rear dampers and if so are they for sale?

HaHa! Seems a bit OTT to bin this off for want of some dampers!?
Can't you whack on some Penskes or Ohlins if damper porn is what it takes to kick start the project again?

Ok, it's looking like I've got someone interested in the shell.

Sooo the beam is up for grabs....

23mm torsion bar's painted red.
30mm anti roll bar.
crf450 negative camber trailing arms.
I also had threads put in the stub pins just in case I went to rear coil overs at some time.
rebuilt with new wheel bearings.
Beam tube painted yellow.
All genuine Peugeot beam rebuild parts.
It also has One of a kind PhillipM flower petal discs.
Standard callipers painted black.
BBM solid mounts.
The ride height is set exactly the same as CRF450's 306 v's Ringtaxi video on YouTube.

I want £600 for it, believe me I sweated blood building thisNinja
There are some rose jointed Gaz shocks on page one that I bought specifically to go with this beam, a beam like this has very little movement so you don't want shocks with rubber bushes at each end..

Here's some pics

Wow that brought memories flooding back!

Cool

I'm not planning on splitting it tbh.
I'd sell the solid mounts separately but that's about it I'm afraid

The white Rallye shell I want £1000 for or £1200 with R9TRX on it.
Fitted with full on challenge spec Safety Devices bolt in cage (£900+ on its own) I had to weld in 17 mounting plates to bolt this sucker to, it has door bars, cross brace that attaches to the tunnel and the bottom of the main hoop, x diagonals & a harness bar, rear legs mount to the floor near the beam mounts, not to the inner arches like some cheaper cages.
Shell comes with steel bonnet, boot & doors, ultra lightweight dash fitted with two electric fan heaters, see project thread for details.
I tarted up underneath at the back but it needs doing again, drivers side front inner arch is fully tarted up, passenger side front inner arch has been stripped back to bare metal, it needs going over with a drill mounted wire brush, treating with rust bullet, painting & stone chipping. There is some welding needed under the drivers footwell where someone got carried away jacking it up in the wrong spot.
All under the bonnet has been stitch seam welded, all sound deadening has been removed inside & under where the wiper motor lives.

Cool

neg camber rear beam?

Hi Carl, check out my project thread, 23mm tb's, 30mm arb, crf450 negative camber trailing arms, rebuilt with new wheel bearings, gen pug beam rebuild parts, it also has PhillipM flower petal discs & BBM solid mounts.
I don't want to let this go yet though until I know what's happening to the shell so I need to keep it rolling

Cool

hi , yeah checked the thread hence why I asked about it, but only really need the cambered arms as I have got all the other bits on a newly rebuild rear beam.

I can fully understand you not wanting to split the beam up but then I don't want or need to pay £600 for a whole beam.

so thanks anyway.
