on my old car i ran stainless line from the front of the MC to the top of the bulkhead, then split it from a T piece to both front calipers

for the rear lines, i ran a line from the bottom MC port, into the cabin following the exhaust tunnel to the handbrake, to a lever bias valve, then back out and split it via another T piece at the rear just infront of the beam, through the shell and split to both calipers

Wasnt cheap. Bias valve alone is around £150+vat and lines cost me not far off £300. All stainless fittings so wont rust over time either. Just been out to get a couple more of the engine bay. Not the best like but gives you an idea.
