Just fitted some brand new pug1off gear links and 1st and second are a little notchy now.
Do I need to adjust the length of any of the new links to smooth it out a bit ?

Did you not lay them next to the existing ones and ensure they were the same length?

    Yeah I did lay them out but I would like to smooth it out a bit.
