Yeah, he was fine. Car was well and truely fooked. LOL
Should've seen the face on the recovery mans face. He had no idea how to get it out of that field. LOL

It is surprising how well they stand up to accidents.

For something that seems to have the structural integrity of a kit kat wrapper, they do protect you well.

Marilyn, what a car! Cry

It is such a shame especially when the cause of the incident could not have been avoided through no fault of your own. May your guardian angels be with you Yes

I have fond memories.....was a great drive my 6 that's for sure.

My one biggest regret is that I never got to take her out for one last decent country drive on the twisties before we were parted Sad

I really would love to but in all honesty I have been looking at HDI's over the last couple of months, ive looked at two but they weren't right for one reason or another.

The 6 was costing too much to run, doing 35K per year, cambelt and 3 services every year. And whatever else needed attention...

Its time to go diesel and claw a bit more money back.
When/If I ever decide to get another 6, It will be for a modified/charged one Yes

Took receivership of a Vauxhall Insignia today from the hire company. Its bloody massive with no visibility at all!
