I know a guy who is building a track car, when he fitted the cage he moved the fuse box to the opposite side of the steering wheel & pruned the loom.
Looks like he got a bit carried away with the wire cutters as now bugger all works!
Has anyone got a phase 2 interior loom going spare please?

Cheers

Cool

It's a common condition for people called Wayne. So is the 'building a track car for 2050' disease.

It might be in a few months as I did prune my loom quite drastically, including removing the brake light circuitDoh
No it's not me, this guy's son was doing a degree in motorsport engineering & he thought building a track car between them would be a good idea. Looks like just coz you've got a degree doesn't mean you have a clue on where to start or what companies you can actually trust.
The car has brand new KW V2 on it from Demonthieves, looks like they paid twice as much as they should of done.....
Also the weld in "Custom Cage" that was very expensive looks like it was designed for a different car. As the idea for the car was for trackday use only I hope the robbing twat that sold them the cage gets a very serious STD......
They have spent a s**tload of cash on this car & a to b it would probably be slower than it was std.
I think the important thing for them to do is to get it running & move on from there.

Cool

Yes we have several cars being broken but in order to get the in tire loom out is a massive ball ache so how much are you willing to pay me to take out the dash and then take out the entire car loom ?

Got a full ph3 one here.
Would need a ph3 ecu set or a unlocked ecu to run it though.
