Swapping out ICVs would not make an ounce of difference if the problem lies elsewhere.

It seems odd to me that by doing ONLY that, the problem seems to change.

This is what I thought, but can't think what else to do. Could it be an ecu problem, it just seemed strange also that it was fine then when I turn the engine off and on again there is a fault.

I did think it could be a wiring problem but all bales has continuity from icv to ecu plug.

Ideally, you need to find out what those fault codes relate to that you found, that could be the answer there. Seeing as you've changed the ICV three times now though, I'd be more inclined to think it was a wiring fault related to the ICV as opposed to the unit itself.

Problem solved, was a crap.connection were the icv are extended for the supercharger setup.

Silly problem. That's why it was fine.sometimes and not others.

Moral of the story, solder and heat shrink all connection not use crimps when you run out if solder.

Big face palm.

Thumbs up

Excellent result. Thumbs up

I knew it had to be in that area, as the problem was varying when the only thing you were messing about with was the ICV.

Smile

Crimps are fine, if done properly.
