GTI6/Rallye Lightened Flywheel for sale, unused condition, comes with instruction manual.

150 takes it away, p&p not included - can be arranged at buyers expense. can be collected from Beverley, or meet between hull, holyhead and ireland between 5th june and 12th june

Could do with the instruction manual, any idea what length of cap heads were supplied with this too??

theres 6 bolts on the flywheel, dont know the sizes at all, i've read the fitting guidance notes, theres no mention of the sizes sorry :/

I believe they are M8 ones Mei, standard bolts don't fit as standard ones are M7.

I fitted mine with a brand new set of standard bolts with no issues, they were M8x25 at a guess but fine pitch.

It's not the flywheel bolts that are different it's the clutch cover bolts that are larger diameter. They should be with the flywheel but weren't when I got mine so rich sent me some. You have to drill the clutch cover holes very slightly as their 1mm larger.

It was only 2 years ago for me however I remember loosing my knuckles when torquing the flywheel bolts on! The teeth for the rpm pickup round the edge on the lightened flywheel are razor sharp and the flywheel bolts have silly thin heads.
