Legally anything before '86 can run whatever wattage bulb they want Geek

Had 90/100w in my fiesta they were fine but they made my headlight clip brittle Wink

Nightbreakers are good but no where near as good as Phillips blue vision (dont worry, there not these gay blue headlights). Blue visions are more expensive but have a 12 month warranty and are definitely worth the extra £10 especially on full beam

Nightbreakers are good but they aren't as good as ring ultima and they don't last as long. 120% brighter ftw!

I usually use the normal osram ones sold in shell garages. I then got some nightbreakers and didn't notice enough difference to warrant the cost.

Well both my cars have 8000k H.I.D's in the dip and I have Ring main beams in the 6 and their bright enough to cut through the hid and give a very good spread. Lasted 2.5 years in my 6 before popping one. Will be buying some for the hdi next month.
