Went to give it beans in second today and it just misfired til i let off then gave it beans again and it was fine any ideas? It's got a lightened flywheel don't know if this has anything to do with it?

its done it a few times not everytime though done it like 4 times

Yes next time it does it try and pull over and check each spark plug for difference you will prob have 1 thats darker than the others

Agree with the above - mine failed this week after intermittent misfires.

If you can pull over while it is misfiring you can also disconnect the coils one by one.

If it doesnt make a difference to the running of your engine then thats your faulty coil. Thumbs up

Well, to be fair it could either be a coil or a plug, but in my experience it will be the coil. Wink

If you buy them new from Pug, I think they are around £70 a go. Yes

I was only going by what you posted at the top that its done it about 4 times and wen you floored it in second. If its doing it all the time and you have some plugs then change them 1st. After that i would look at someone breaking a 6 on here and get some known working ones Thumbs up

£33 for a pattern one or £50 for a Valeo one from ECP - carparts4less have them for less suprisingly enough but wont send to an address different than your card address Thumbs up

Def a plug or coil then when u take the plugs out 1 should be a diff colour on the end make sure u remember what 1 Thumbs up

He means whichever coilpack is faulty, the plug for that coil will be a different colour.
