Not a problem, I've done a few brake pipes before and I've got a Flaring kit, just need a pipe bender for neater bends.

I did my lines out of copper nickel which is harder and longer lasting than copper, but as Owain said cheaper flaring tools won't touch it.

I ran my lines slightly differently to Jeffers and Owain, i kept the solid line under the car and simply brought it up to the bias valve via two pieces of braided line. I didnt like the idea of dropping something on the pipe which could damage it, seeing as i have to store a load of stuff in the car to get it to the nurburgring each year. Other than that its pretty much the same. Wilwood bias valve which is good but at the same time a pain in the ass as it needs adapters to suit the M10 ended lines i had made up. Doh

A few pics i found from building the car:

EDIT: The bottom picture still has the old flexi line on, and doesnt have the pipe from the bias valve, just shows the location of the 'T' piece. I ran the line under the car where the standard lines run.

I really hope that last picture isn't the finished job, you might find yourself getting through quite a bit of fluid Whistle
