Took the Rallye for a drive through some country roads and this light flashed up and then went off. Car feels fine just wanted to know what it was.





Not the clearest pictures in the world but it's a car skidding. Was on a straight road when it flashed though Dunno

ABS, looks like a wonky smiley face. Check Autodata for how to test the ABS system

it will be the matabobo starting to wear! simple fix just a clean and it will go off after you hit 9 mph.

actually i am quite experienced for my age boss been on hols so i been in charge of garage! nobody took p**s out of me but i did get my apprentice to order me a bottle of air for airbags!

yes i know its boo boo but looked to obvious! Doesnt really work when you write it.

check fuse number 12. went to suss out my abs this morning before going the full hog and ripping it out.
turned out it was just the fuse lol

    I cant believe people took me seriously, how many posts and years have i been around gti6's, i have the gti6 main dealer brochure booklet showing all the dash lights, so i know what every little dash light is for LOL i posted it after another joke about the dash light.

    The hint is at the end of the sentence, like the rear wheel steering thing, that sounded really technical back in the day but is a load of rubbish.

    I think you guys need to catch up a bit.

    Thats due to the pick up ring for the ABS sensor being on the outer CV jointThumbs up
