We had a beautifal baby boy at 1:33am and he is lovely and calm. Nicole was amazing she did it all naturally in the water with gas and air only.

we're on our 14th night tonight
apparently i just roll over flick the lamp on then go back to sleep, then when rachel has finished i roll over switch it off then snore away for another 2 hours
