Looking for a non squealing brake kit as above . I have just fitted brand new disks and pads on a std set up, can I retain these ?
If not does anyone one have a kit for sale ???

Discs can be retained with one of the wilwood conversions which were sold on here a while back, search and you will find the kit. Pads are a no as calipers will be different.

Dont expect to fit much behind cyclones, without 12mm spacers.

If you want no squealing then you can rule out 406 brembos unless you want to pay 200ish for tarox discs

No other war around the squealing or is Tarox discs the only way to stop it ?

I was selling due to no job, as not driving it hard enough I like the look of the 4 pot brembos and I'd like a complete set up if anyone has one for sale ????

It's like telling the cosworth boys with a 500 bhp conversion and drive it like a 270 bhp conversion. It's cause they can and thousands of them do in there droves !!!

Would the tarox discs still have to be xantia spec, and are they 288mm?

im selling a 310mm conversion kit. 16 inch wheel min wheel size. Brembo monoblock clio197 calipers and adaptors with rotors and bells. DS25000 pads. All in fitted for about 100 miles. totally squeel free PM if interested.

yup, unless they're on a 406 still LOL

C5's use the same 288x28 disc if you struggle to find a listing for the xantia.

Time to get saving then as 406 brembos wont fit underthem.Welly did a kit that would fit under cyclones with 10mm spacers and these pop up so sale from time to time.

Found some calipers on egay for 160 is that about right cost wise guys ?
