I have a couple of H7 6000k HID kits. One CanBus and one non-CanBus kit.

My question. Will other size HID bulbs (eg H1/ H4) fit the kits? They look like the connections will be the same but I didn't know if the kits are for use with certain types of bulbs only or not?

Reason I ask is my brother might want one of the kits from me but his car would need H4 HID bulbs.

Also I'll be selling both kits. So let me know if your interested. £35 delivered each! Thumbs up

Does anyone know if they do. I think they probably will too but won't get chance to test for a few months and want to know if I need to sell both kits or if my brother could use one kit (if he still wants it)

LOL At people trying to sell their illegal, annoying, blinding HID kits before everybody else realises they are totally useless.

I don't think he could use them if the h4 bulbs he needs are dual beam as they need another power source that goes to the battery? Just a guess though?

So we should just stand by and allow crime to be willfully committed? We'd end up a lawless society if we did.

I believe people should just worry about what they are doing an f*ck everyone else tbh.

Prime example speaking on your phone whilst driving as we all know is illegal, And i have seen people giving people abuse for it.

What does it actually have to do with anyone else?? Let them get on with it. I have 10k h7r HIDS so sue me Police

Maybe not - but it might be yours if you were to have an accident and the insurance assessor declines your insurance claim as the car fitted with half-@r$ed HIDs is not legally roadworthy. With an attitude like yours they would be all over you like a tramp on chips. Might cost you a whole lot more than £35 for some nasty Made-in-China HIDs. LOL

Pretty sure H4 HID's use a slider set-up to alter from low to hi-beam,so only one power feedThumbs up

If the high beam was separate you would get a short delay in the high beam working,as HID's don't give full instant light.Wink

I have HID's on my car. But I'm not a pikey little c*nt, so my self levelling air suspension and headlamp washers mean they are legal Thumbs up

sorry but I run 12k HID's and for a good few years now never been pulled,.. and flew though MOT,...
as long as there installed correctly and beam set right there shouldn't be a problem?
I've never so much as had a rear view mirror tilted by the car in front,...

I run a De-cat too! also a No No but Whistle sack it! Razz
