I am 33 in Australia full comprehensive insurance for the 306 GTI6 with a agreed valuation of $7,440.00 AUD is $530.00 AUD a year or 351.00 pounds at today's rates. Used car prices are way dearer here than the UK for example a 1998 Lotus Esprit GT3 sells for around 15,000.00 pounds the same car over here sells for 53,000.00 pounds or $80,000.00 AUD. So I guess you have it good in regards to used car prices but have it hard in terms of insurance costs.

I'm 20 and my insurance would be well under a grand if my previous car hadn't been stolen Sad Lost all my NCB and have a fault claim because of that! It's now about £1200 for Christs sake.
