I've got Birk interested in the windows too, he text me pretty much straight away so I've said these are provisionally his as long as he's happy with the price.

I'm not sure how to go about all this, it could get confusing with who wants what etc.

I think I'm going to scrap the whole 'dibs' thing and once I've listed prices, whoever pays first gets them. However as said, I've already agreed with Birk that he can have the windows.

If you list prices, you will get less 'interested in XYZ price dependant'

List the prices, wait for the interest and then sell to the first person who has the money. Don't hold stuff back for people.

    I'm not reluctant to list prices, I just need the time to sit down and work out what each part is worth.

    I've clearly stated in the first post that prices, photos and a full list are to follow. People will just have to be a little patient Smile
