I've seen various threads about it being a hobby and buisness and so on, so whats the score, is he a trader?

Not f*cking happy about this.

I'm sure it's all covered in the other threads, but he runs a business but swears it's not to get out of legal obligations of returns/deliveries etc.

In all seriousness, put a note in your diary for 38 days after you paid via Paypal so you can lodge a dispute if it's not sorted by then, I didn't think to and ended up missing the 40 day (iirc) deadline.

Dude, you only have to read one thread with his name in it to hear the replicated story.

He breaks several makes of car, claims it's a hobby and continually lets people down in one way or another.

He's bitten off more than he can chew.

If you are in two minds as to whether it is a hobby or otherwise, let me direct you to the favourite opening line of 'here we have a '99 China Blue 6 I had come in today for breaking'.

I seriously don't understand why people don't see this coming with certain traders hobbyists on this forum.
Anyone who's been around here for a while knows who to buy from if you want to be messed around Yes

If I ever consider buying something from Richard these days, I just choose a random email address from the internet and send them some money. If they guess my address and what I'm after that's great, everyone wins. If they just keep it, then no-one's lost anything.

What a f*ckwit of epic proportins. I remember the guy that bought the wallye and said it was full of plasterboard screws holding the bumper on.

If you are unhappy with his service just complain to trading standards.

And then bubble the c*nt to the Inland Revenue.

Waits for a pugplus stormy reply, or better still one off his bum-chum Ryan (haven't used that phrase since school 20 years ago)
