as others have said, awful!

Although I would say there could be updates done to the for sale sections...

I'd like a feedback system like on pug306 where you link the thread you bought from and put in a little comment with positive or negative.

Yep same here, trying to sell my car with lots of parts, am not going to relist stuff daily etc, have paid £10 for the site, at least 5 times a day cannot connect says forum is down, then the classifieds.

To be honest would'nt mind my money back either, not what i paid for to be honest. If it isnt broke don't fix it.

I agree as well.

There was nothing wrong with the parts section. You can learn a thing or two from just reading info on the parts section.

Hope you take are views on board Ash.

Just had a gander and wondered why exactly?!

People use this site a lot just to advertise parts (old and new members). Lose that and I think you will lose a lot of internet traffic, therefore no members and definately no paying members = start of the end for the forum.

Think it's a step too far right now and maybe trying to run before you can walk.

Make the other bits better before going down this route IMO Yes

I'm all for change but sometimes it's too much, too soon and it's defo that at mo Thumbs up

I really don't like the new classifieds section...... it is messy and not needed, Threads were so much better for selling both cars and parts. I like the new Forums but the classifieds is a definite step backwards.

Not being able to search them is a big pain.

Some good points here.

Firstly, if someone is breaking a car for parts, do they make 500 threads now? No, they make one thread listing all the parts. Same with the new Classifieds, one ad.

No argument about it needing more exposure though, I'm working on that at the moment. Good idea linking the advert to a forum thread too, i'll look into that Thumbs up

Ash's response in the thread in General.

Looks like it's staying changed but I still don't get why. As said before, if it ain't broke...

+1 For a vote against closing the Parts for Sale section.

The old forum worked very well the way it was. The changes that have been made certainly make the site smoother, but it looks like it's been at the sacrifice of members satisfaction.

Please take note admin, we are paying the fees...

This.

Also, does anyone know what are the timescales for getting your membership fee refunded and how to go about it? Had a search but couldn't find anything.

I've been waiting and thinking about paying for membership as I use the FAQ section and this is the best place for spare parts but I'm not a fan of the new forum. The new classifieds idea is terrible, i have no idea why the search button has gone, theres still no auto code for links and images. All seems a bit of a waste of time so far which is a massive shame

I'm really not happy with the way this forum has turned out. I want a refund and will never bother coming back on here unless things change majorly.

New classified section is shite fullstop. What was wrong with the old version?

I know of several long standing members who run their own tuning companies, who are not paying the fees to hand out free information to others.

You are losing more members by the minute.

Classifieds full stop is a waste of time, for both cars and car parts. The old way worked fine.

Can everyone please STFU about this now?

It doesn't need two pages of whining to get something changed. As I have said in numerous threads and PMs over the last week

I AM WORKING ON IT

In the 9 years this website's been running I've never stopped changing it to try and make it better.

I understand that some of you aren't happy with this. Get over yourselves and wait.
