What basic engine management systems are there for the 6 that can work like a piggyback and is programmable. Any ideas?

no idea, but a dta s40 will work very well, or an omex 600, or emerald k6.

You can get the S40 straight from DTA themselves, very easy to wire, very robust, and even if you cock the wiring up the first time most of the outputs are protected anyway.
