looking at my headlight now thinking how iam goin to do this.......... im thinking take the whole inner assembly out demel half the light lens off stopping before the light adjuster....and thinking

How about oven bake until you have heated up the glue enough to remove glass?

Then take the light bits out, and take a hose/feed out the back?

Could you not just cut the full beam up so you still have dipped beam then you could drive it at night. And use one of them feeds in the picture on the other page Dunno

I have HID's too. If you can make one that means you only loose full beam, I will be well interested Yes
