I would it's makes a huge differance getting the flex out of the rear bush, the front bush does nothing really just up and down movement.
Ball Joint either OE or Motaquip/Lemforder, I've stoped using GSF for most things now as the V tech stuff they sell is poor and again doesn;t last 12 months, OK for a run of the mill garage but not me.
No mounts at all for a while

and the powerflex front bushes they come with DO NOT Flex

so yesterday i placed my order with rich_w, for a set of his roller bearing bushes

all being well, i'll have them by friday Smile

I did 40k on normal powerflex wishbone bushes and removed them because everyone slated them on here. On inspection they were still in perfect condition. I agree the purple compound is a bit soft - so I replaced them with powerflex black compound bushes which are proper hard. Im confident they will out last the car.

fitted them today, and first impressions are excellent Big grin totally transformed the front of the car
