ok im thinking once ive got my windows in i will be getting rif of alot of metal on inner of door and will be needing to cover it, looking at about 170 for front and back door cards in crabon fibre.

do i get these or try and make some myself out of plastic/ fibre glass??

if you can do it yourself Chris then why not, and if your fussed cover them in the carbon vinyl wrapp stuff Dunno

I have a set of carbon door cards that i could take a patern of if you like save you the measuring

Well i would just get some plastic black or red panels sure ive seen them somewhere before online.

i made my own out of black textured ABS Sheeting [3mm thick]. CF is for pansies

anything else on / in the car carbon? (only seen inside a couple of times, and once was to look at the funny sticker Laugh my ass off) go for red and black me thinks.

Rikky whewre did you get that stuff from as think that is what i will go for, and use simons template. im going down the weight saving route now as basically bought or done everything else apart form remap

I made my own, cost about 25 quid for a massive sheet, made 4 door cards and done the underside (Brake/fuel lines and tank) Still have plenty left.

These are the Performancetrim ones which were bought for me as a present. If I hadn't got these I would've probably ended up making myself using polycarb sheet and covering with plain or CF effect vinyl.

Can get sheets of lexan (polycarb.) in various sizes 2mm or 3mm thick delivered quite cheaply on Ebay
