Right, I keep threatening to set fire to it but never do...here goes..

When I was in France my car developed a slight squeak from the brakes. This further developed into a hugely annoying constant squeal. This was diagnosed as a dead caliper OSF so I got a replacement set off someone on here and refurbed them, new innards/seals, new hoses and fitted them all. Squeal still there.

On removing the (original) discs and pads, the OSF pads were about half the thickness of the NSF. So I thought fine, they have been stuck on, and glazed due to the heat. One trip to GSF later and the squeal vanished thanks to new discs/pads.

Until now. I'm now found my rotational squeak again, and is in danger of progressing to the continual squeal sometime soon.

Is there anything that would pressurise just that one braking unit slightly? I've replaced pretty much everything that I can and now its back...

Everything that could be replaced, has. I think bearings are the next port of call. I was thinking it was going to be them as everything else has been done.
