Yet another query on my suspension i could do with some help on please folks.

I got the rear suspension all sorted and just how i want it, but now i need to tweak and repair the front.

We had a bent strut which stuck in the fully compresses position at the weekend and i now need new inserts.

Can anyone help me on the part number that i have on the old one please, it comes up with NOTHING on the net!

Its - 4307XDE 7880M1

Thats the number stamped on it around the very top, but it means nothing to the internet it seems. SO if anyone can enlighten me, would be much appreciated.

ride height adjustables Hovis, pugsport ones by the sound of it, inverted pistons IIRC.

I called Skip Brown yesterday re my 0806XDE7880M1 inserts and they confirmed 0806 probably was a week/year of manufacture (week 8, 2006)
7880M1 is now supperceeded by 7880M3 and they are 205 tarmar inserts with a 300/200 rating

Could well be gravel 306 setting as gravel 309 was the same as 205 tar years back
