Hey dudes what are the gains out of fitting a lightend flywheel such as rich w's flywheel he sells?

free-er revving. Less mass in the flyweel so less engery expended to get it spinning up.
The very nature of a flywheel though is essentially to store energy, so less energy to get it spinning = less stored energy, so the car wont "coast" as it would when coming off the trottle, giving a more pronounced sensation of engine braking

Im sure this has been covered many times so hit the search for a more detailed answer
