Only needs welding once if you make a good job of it Smile

If the warranty means you paying

Take it somewhere that can weld stainless, if done correctly it will last forever Wink

I bought mine in july and the weld recently cracked completely from the middle box. In the end I forked out £12 to have it removed, then took it to a stainless steal specialist to have it re welded costing £50, and then another £12 to have it fitted again. Disappointed with the scorpion systems fabrication but still love the sound. No local garages had stainless steal welding equipment.

Presuming that was bought secondhand?Dunno

If its the Scorpion with the larger middle box get some skid plates/supports welded onto itWink

My welder said stainless exhausts are prone for cracking, and one reason rally/competion cars use mild steel exhaustsWink

think if mines breaks again i might sell it on once i get brand new one
i noticed there while i had the car out last weekend there was a noise that sounded like a leak
could just be a join

the "exhaust olive" has seen better days, but they wanted £20/30 odd pounds for one, i did mean to price them locally but never got round to it

no idea what i will try next though, iv got pretty good at fitting these exhausts the past 3 years LOL

If your talkin about the olive between centre and rear section, they are mild steel I think. I got one from my local factors for about £1.50 iirc, been on for 2 years now without a problem! Thumbs up
