I know its not a 6, but i thought i'd update this thread will a little overview of my cups life so far, i know a couple of people have them on here & some may even be looking to change at some point ... not as modified as most peoples, but probably used far more!! ps. Its copied from Cliosport, so apologies if not all of it makes sense ...

Picked up from Martins Renault, Basingstoke on 12th Feb 2008, with 52k on the clock. Somehow managed to get the price down to

Is that the one you were in Germany with last september? Thought you had different wheels and pagid brake pads. Confused

one of the lads i work with just put the bush kit on his 172 and said it made a hugh difference. The best thing he has done so far.

Its getting de-cat, matched inlets & remap in Feb (after MOT and good for 185bhp then), with H&R/Bilstein coilovers being fitted in April for next summers track driving Smile

Leaving the coilovers till last as they're pretty darn expensive Crazy

Nice car, before I bought my GTI-6 I had a look round at 172s.

Unfortunatly, CS have made it paid members only viewable on the for sale and wanted section, never used to be that way!

Unfortunately, this was due to dodgy people operating in the wanted section, claiming they had parts for sale & extracting money out of people. I think one thief got away with about
